Booking Terms & Conditions

The rates are in Australian dollars and valid for one night stay. All service charges and taxes are included.

• Please select bed & breakfast option if you would like to add breakfast to your reservation.
• Please note the check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 11:00.
• The payment of your reservation should be received by the Congress Secretariat at the latest a week after the booking date. The Congress Secretariat has the right to cancel any unpaid bookings after this period.  
• For any changes or cancellation of your booking; please contact Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com
• Your hotel reservation confirmation letter will be sent after receiving the total amount by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservations          

• Until 27 February 2026: The total payment will be fully refundable.
• On and after 28 February 2026: Full no-show will be applied; the total payment will be non-refundable.

You may reserve your room with exclusive Congress rates through Congress Registration & Accommodation Form; or, you may contact the Congress Secretariat Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com if you have already registered to the Congress.
