Dr Ben Condon is Clinical Director for Australia and New Zealand at Heidi Health, providing clinical leadership that bridges frontline practice and healthcare innovation across specialties and settings. He leads clinical-commercial strategy and clinical governance, supports public affairs, and serves as an external spokesperson for the region. 

A medical doctor with over nine years of clinical experience, Dr Condon spent six years in surgical and critical care roles and has worked across more than 30 hospitals in metropolitan, regional and remote Australia. 

His perspective is grounded in high-acuity care, including notable emergency department experience at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. He holds an MBBS from Deakin University, a Bachelor of Biomedicine (Honours) from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Diploma in Surgical Anatomy from the University of Melbourne. 

Prior to joining Heidi, Dr Ben had spent two years  at Eucalyptus, where he led clinical quality improvements across four digital clinics and spearheaded the beta launch of Compound, Eucalyptus’s Sydney-based preventative health clinic.  He is also a published researcher affiliated with the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and the EJ Whitten Prostate Cancer Research Centre at Epworth. He is passionate about leveraging innovation and system reform to enhance access and improve health outcomes, and the clinicians that deliver them, at scale.

Dr Condon combines clinical practice, research and sector engagement to champion system reform that improves access to healthcare, delivers better outcomes for patients, and supports the clinicians who provide care.
