Dr Yoo-Young (Dominique) Lee (MBChB, FRANZCR) is a consultant radiation oncologist at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Icon Cancer Care Greenslopes and a senior lecturer at the University of Queensland. An internationally recognised leader in liver and pancreas Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), her research has driven the national integration of precision radiotherapy through TROG and AGITG clinical trials. Beyond her clinical and academic roles, Dr Lee is passionate about transforming the culture of medicine. She is the founder of HeyBoss!™, a physician wellbeing and leadership initiative dedicated to empowering doctors through evidence-based coaching, education programs, and retreats.
