Gretta Palmer is an Advanced Vestibular Physiotherapist and leads the Physiotherapy Vestibular Clinic at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane, Australia. She specialises in the assessment and rehabilitation of patients with vestibular disorders, with extensive clinical experience managing vestibular dysfunction in people with vestibular schwannoma, including following stereotactic radiosurgery.

Gretta is a member of the Queensland Skull Base Faculty and is regularly invited to speak at conferences on best practice vestibular physiotherapy management. She has published on vestibular rehabilitation outcomes in vestibular schwannoma, including the systematic review “Vestibular Rehabilitation: Improving Symptomatic and Functional Outcomes of Persons With Vestibular Schwannoma.” She is actively involved in clinical education, teaching into undergraduate physiotherapy programs and postgraduate vestibular training courses.
