Currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at ZAP Surgical Systems—a pioneering company in gyroscopic radiosurgery technology—he is dedicated to advancing access to cutting-edge stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) worldwide.
Sebastian began his career as a clinically qualified medical physicist, gaining hands-on expertise in treatment planning, quality assurance, and commissioning of advanced radiotherapy technologies, including CyberKnife and intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT). His deep clinical foundation is complemented by extensive experience in technical product development, customer training, and operational leadership across international markets.
