Welcome to ISRS New York 2024 Registration
Account
In order to register and make payments, you must login to your personal registration account through our “myCongressOnline” (myCO) solution.
If you do not have an account yet, you will be able to create one in a few clicks.
If you already have a myCO account, you may login to view your orders.
Please note: Once you have created an account, you will be able to register for all events and courses managed by this platform.
myCO will allow participants to:
- Manage their personal details
- Check and update their orders (registration, accommodation, social events…)
- Check their schedule (presenters, moderators, chairmen…)
- Check and update their abstract submissions
- Download all PDF documents edited for the congress (confirmation, invoice, QR-Pass…) but also for previous congresses managed through myCO
Information
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Access to the Educational Course Sunday May 12th (limited seats)
- Admission to the workshops and lunch symposia organized by industry
- Admission to the Exhibition Area
- Congress materials (pocket program, abstract publication, delegate badge)
Complimentary Access to:
- Coffee breaks
- Opening Ceremony
- Awards Ceremony
- Welcome Reception
Fees
ISRS members will benefit from a discounted registration fee.
Attention: Member fees are applicable only if you are an Active, Associate, Affiliate or Academic Member at the time of registration.
Registrations under this status will be verified automatically. If you are not a member or if your membership is not up to date, you will not have access to these discounted fees.
There are three registration periods:
- Early Bird Fee Until March 25, 2024
- Standard Fee From March 26 to May 5, 2024
- Late & On Site Fee From May 6, 2024

The ISRS Congress Dinner will be a semi-formal New York New Year sit-down event hosted in the beautiful Marriott Marquis in the center of Times Square. Our Broadway talent team only asks that you come ready for both a special dinner and an unforgettable night of dancing in this dynamic city that never sleeps!
Please note that you have to be registered to the congress to buy one or several tickets for the dinner.
If you are already registered, just go back to your registration account and add your ticket there.
Registration Payment
The registration fee is contingent on the date of the receipt of the completed online registration as well as the receipt of payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned below.
– Payment is required at the time of registration. It can be made in US Dollars only
– Attendees should complete the relevant section of the registration form.
– Credit card fees may apply depending on your financial service provider
– 3D Secure payment system

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Registration:
Delegates are subject to the following charges and refunds upon withdrawal or cancellation.
- More than 90 days prior to the first day of the event: 50% cancellation fee / 50% refund, with a minimun of $100 of penalty.
- Less than 90 days prior to the first day of the event: Full cancellation fee / No refund
