Oral Presentation Guidelines
We are thrilled by the exceptional number of abstract submissions this year. To give as many presenters as possible a chance to share their work, we have created a packed program. To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, please respect the following timing and format requirements:
Presentation Timing:
Total time: 12 minutes
Please keep your talk to 10 minutes maximum, allowing 2 minutes for Q&A
Format Requirements:
- A widescreen projector will be used. Please make sure your PPT presentation slides are formatted to 16:9 aspect ratio (current PPT standard). Presentations must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint. Keynote files are NOT supported.
- We encourage you to use the ISRS 2026 templates provided HERE, but this is not required.
- Please proceed to your session room 10-15 minutes before session start time to introduce yourself to the session chair(s) and familiarize yourself with the set-up.
- Delegates who will present their papers should upload their presentation files in Speaker Ready Room. If your presentation is early in the morning, it is advised to load the presentation the day before.
- Speaker Ready Room operation hours will be provided soon.
